Wow, this is the second photo today I've had to do a doubletake at because I thought I saw an improperly displayed signal. I'm thinking, "Green over green and red by red?!" But you've got those CPL's on the east coast, and it's a time exposure. I'll have to try to get one like this from the cab. Awesome shot man, faved!
